The Wanas Circle (group sessions)
Warm, in-person gatherings with Wanas and lovely women of different ages and life stories. Games, laughter, coloring and tea, and simple tools to understand yourself. You share only what you're comfortable with, and what's said in the room stays in the room.
Session 1: Good Morning, Me
The first Wanas Circle, and the live version of Journal 1. Three hours together, in person, with 8 to 15 women, two tea breaks, games and laughter. You don't need the journal to come.

14 parts and two tea breaks. You do not have to talk, and you need to bring nothing but yourself.

Play: Who answered?
Inside each of us is a building with 3 floors, and on every floor there are women who answer for us. Your son says: "Is there no food in this house?" Tap who answered each line.
First floor: the grown-ups who raised us (Naqnouqa criticizes, Teta Ana comforts) · Second floor: the wise woman (Nagham: facts, here and now) · Ground floor: the little girl (free Hanin plays, obedient Hanin says "yes, yes")
